Registration Instructions

We have made it easy for you to register for our camp by providing a few ways in which to register.

1. Download, Print and Mail. The registration form is available as a PDF download which you may print, fill out and mail in. Download the brochure and registration form here.

Mail completed and signed registration form to:

2. Register Online. Please go to our Online Registration area by clicking here. You will see a list of programs - choose "2010 Berkshire County All-American Lacrosse" (at the botom of the list) and follow the steps. Note: if you are not a registered user of this website you will be required to register first before proceeding to the actual registration and payment form.
